INTELLECTUAL OR SANCTIFICATIONAL

Sanctificational is my own word and it refers to anything that directly promotes sanctification. Intellectual refers to that which can at most indirectly promote sanctification. We nèed a sanctificational approach to the Christian life. It is imperative, literally a matter of life and death. Even when we approach something intellectually it must be with a view to a greater understanding for the purpose of greater holiness of life.
